A very nice hotel just outside Carlisle. I stayed here on business for three nights, the hotel is clean and well presented. I ate here for two evenings the food was of a very good standard, the steak and burger were very tastey dishes. The rooms were pleasant well and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel that we stopped at on our way to Scotland. They knew we were bringing a dog, so left a water bowl, food bowl, treats and a bed for her. Super impressed with this, staff super friendly and helpful also. Would recommend if you have a dog, also good walks nearby.

This is a lovely Hotel I have visited a few tomes now and have never been disappointed. Its very clean, friendly staff the train station is outside the property and is a 9 minute train into Carlisle. The breakfast is really nice it has a great range of foods. The staff are really nice and make you feel so welcome. I have visited for my husbands birthday and they went to the effort to putting a welcome message in chocolate with berries to decorate on a plate with happy birthday written on it so thoughtful.

We asked to be moved rooms late at 10.30pm due to an issue in the room and the receptionist Olivia took note of the problem and changed our room which was very professional she also got some bandages for my girlfriend. She really goes above and beyond. The breakfast and the facilities are excellent we are locals and could definitely recommend this hotel as the best in the area/county the staff are certainly hard working and doing an excellent job. Also great place to stop by for lunch/coffee/ or the bar with friends and family.

A three night stay. Breakfast selection excellent. Evening meals superb. Helpful and friendly staff whose service could not be faulted. Well appointed room with comfortable beds. Very clean throughout. Several lounges, dining areas and bar areas to chose from. All-in-all this hotel provided one of the best stays I have experienced.

We went for the sparkle and swim deal for my mum's birthday and it was perfect, she was so happy and everyone was super impressed. The spa/pool gym were lovely and the vegan and vegetarian afternoon tea options were delicious and no trouble, the service was really good and relaxed and there was a great amount of food!! Will hopefully come back and try the vegan options in the restaurant too :)

Beautiful place, we used the leisure club before we booked in, nice and relaxing. Our Room was in the old wing so we didn't see the new rooms in the hotel. However our room looked out over the gardens and the fields, lovely and quiet. Nice walks around the hotel. We had a meal the first night and it was beautiful, the staff were lovely and accommodating, nice and friendly. Would recommend to anyone go give it a whirl .
